A common topic of discussion within the educational community is the question of the erosion of vocational education as an attractive option for school leavers in the past 30 years or so.

The UK Education Secretary recently gave a speech at Battersea Power Station addressing this very issue, very much coming down in the camp who would like to see an increased focus on and getting more people in the trades and skilled jobs.
