Power of Zero campaign
UNESCO has joined with other giants such as Microsoft and Facebook in a global campaign to promote important life skills to help children safely and constructively engage online, calling for zero violence, zero hate and zero bullying from age zero.
It is based on learning resources which can be used by both families and early-years educators and is of course all digital, downloadable and free. The premise is that more and more children lead more digital lives from the very earliest ages and that this requires a particular understanding to foster respectful use of the online social world. The key aim is to both prevent bullying and build resilience to bullying in all its online forms.
